Jax Gifts Return Policy

Because all of our items are personalized and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our end, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

For non-personalized items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
